He is MBA and Engineering with 25 years of experience, practically trained and recognized hands-on professional, who enjoys helping others to succeed.

His functional expertise is in Industrial Engineering, Total Quality, Materials Management, Marketing and Sales.

He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, certified Business Process Reengineering Facilitator and Principal Quality Management Systems Auditor, (9000:2000) registered with IRCA, UK.

He has extensive experience in Business Process analysis, design, Reengineering, Total Quality Management and Six Sigma methodology. He has assisted many organisations to enhance their business performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery and has significant achievements to his credit.

He has addressed many professional management associations and made presentations at International Quality Conferences like 8th World TQM Congress, Dubai in Oct.’03, 1st Iranian Quality Congress, Teheran in Nov 2002, 1st Gulf Quality Conference, Manama in April 2002, which were widely acclaimed.

He has served as Member of the Jury, Team Leader & Senior Examiner for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) and Dubai Quality Award (DQA). He had the honour to meet H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai in 1998 and H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan.

He is widely traveled and visited some of the world’s best and most admired organizations like IBM, Xerox, Ben & Jerry, US Steels, Yamaha Motorcycles etc.

He was selected in World’s Who’s Who of Professionals in year 2001.

In 1985, he successfully completed world tour on motorcycle, traveling through 23 countries covering a distance of 50,000 kms. On successful completion of the tour he had the honour of meeting Late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
